New lean-sensitive Traction Control features three modes (STREET, OFF ROAD, and OFF) with OFF ROAD optimized for off-road adventuring.

New Slide Control detects slides at the rear tire and adjusts the engine power according to lean angle, featuring three modes (STREET, OFF ROAD, and OFF).

The World Raid 's Anti-lock Braking System features three modes (ON, REAR OFF, and OFF) with a convenient ABS button for quick enable/disable selection.

New Brake Control feature enables lean-sensitive cornering ABS.

A large 6.3-inch vertical TFT screen offers a full-color display along with three selectable themes providing an array of vehicle and smartphone information.

Smartphone connectivity via Yamaha 's free Y-Connect app allows riders to access music, make and receive phone calls and more.

TFT, connectivity and ride settings are controlled through Yamaha 's next-generation switchgear, featuring a 5-way joystick design for intuitive operation.

Yamaha 's advanced Chip Controlled Throttle (YCC-T) ride-by-wire system provides crisp, seamless throttle response.

New twin aluminum fuel tanks boost fuel capacity to 6.1 gallons for significantly increased range.

A lightweight, high-strength tubular steel frame provides a tuned rigidity balance for durability and nimble, responsive handling.

A new 16-way adjustable steering damper is added for enhanced rider comfort and confidence.

A new fully adjustable 46mm KASHIMA-coated KYB® fork offers an ample 9.1 inches of travel and includes a preload adjuster located at the top of the fork.

The beefy inverted fork layout is highly resistant to flex to maintain precise steering and suspension action.

The new KYB® fork also features revised spring and damping specifications for better bump absorption, increased bottoming resistance and enhanced feel.

New linkage-type KYB® piggyback rear shock boasts increased stroke and 8.7 inches of travel for enhanced bump absorption and wheel contact in demanding conditions.

Premium Brembo® brake calipers both front and rear supply reliable stopping power with exceptional feel.

Dual wave-style 282mm front discs and single wave-style 245mm rear disc offer powerful braking performance that isn 't afraid of the dirt.
