These 6 outstanding technicians achieved the highest scores out of the 18 YTA Gold classes conducted between the fall of 2016 and the spring of 2018. 

YTA Gold is an intense 5-day training class emphasizing advanced problem-solving techniques and utilizing the latest computerized diagnostic tools. 

Using their dealership experience and acquired skills from YTA Bronze and Silver courses, technicians attending the YTA Gold class hone their troubleshooting techniques on a variety of motorsports products. 

What’s next… 
There is no rest for these gentlemen: this coming June they will compete against each other in the 2018 Yamaha United States Technician Grand Prix, to be held in Kennesaw, Georgia at Yamaha Motor Corporation’s Southeast Headquarters. The 2018 Yamaha United States Technician Grand Prix will be a grueling 2-day, head-to-head competition to determine the 2018 Top Yamaha Technician. 

Then… 
The United States Technician Grand Prix winner will represent our country in the 2018 Yamaha World Technician Grand Prix in October 2018 at Yamaha’s World Headquarters in Iwata, Japan. More information will follow in the coming weeks, please watch for messages on YDS.
