Thomas Brown #84

Thomas Brown returns for 2011 aboard the YFZ450R with Team Yamaha.  In 2008, he won the ATVA/AMA National Motocross Pro-am Championship.  In 2009, he moved up to the pro class where he finished in the top 10 and earned the prestigious Pro Rookie of the Year award.  For 2010, Brown moved up to 6th place overall, and this year Brown has signed with Ballance Racing with hopes his growing relationship with the most successful ATV racer of all time will help raise him to the podium.

Brown raced the ATVA Grand National circuit as soon as he turned 16 in 2005 placing second in his age group and in the top five of the 4-stroke A class. That is when he decided to run his first WPSA race placing third in the A class and age group -- impressive finishes for a new, young rider.

In 2007, Brown moved up to the Pro-Am class at WPSA on his Yamaha YFZ450, placing in the top five in numerous races and finishing fourth overall. His consistency and style caught the eye of Yamaha Factory Racing leading him to the pro team for 2008.

Brown has also won recognition off the track for his success and style. He has been featured in several racing videos, magazines and newspapers and participated in the 2007 Quad Wars.

Brown is competing in the ATVA/AMA National Motocross Pro series aboard his YFZ450R.
